  • Previous: Jarrell Harrison, finished with a 6-38 record over four years as head coach.
  • New: Levi Gallas

Arkansas Tech (GAC)

  • Previous: Kyle Shipp

Bentley (NE10)

  • Previous: Saj Thakkar, left to become the new HC at Davidson
  • New: CJ Scarpa

Charleston (MEC)

Lane College (SIAC)

  • New: Stanley Conner, spent the last eight seasons at Miles College where he served as the running backs coach and recruiting coordinator.

Lock Haven (PSAC)

  • Previous: Dan Mulrooney
  • New: Joe Battaglia

Miles College (SIAC)

  • Previous: Sam Shade, left to become the HC at Alabama A&M
  • New: Chris Goode

North Greenvile (CC)

  • Previous: Jeff Farrington, 59-61 overall while at North Greenville
  • New: Nate Garner, was previously the OL Coach at Limestone University

Northwest Missouri State (MIAA)

  • Previous: Rich Wright, finished with a 65-22 record over seven years as head coach.
  • New: John McMenamin, served as the offensive co-coordinator/pass game coordinator/wide receives coach at Tulane from December 2021-July 2023

Roosevelt (GLIAC)

  • Previous: Jared Williams
  • New: William McKeon

Shaw (CIAA)

  • Previous: Adrian Jones, left to become the HC at Elizabeth City State
  • New: Lamar Manigo

Southern Connecticut State (NE10)

  • Previous: Tom Godek
  • New: Joe Loth, served as HC at DIII Western Connecticut State University for 12 seasons.

Southwest Baptist (LSC)

  • Previous: Barry Derickson
  • New: Lee Hays

Texas A&M-Kingsville (LSC)

  • Previous: Mike Salinas, finished with a 26-19 record over six years as head coach. He was named Texas A&M-Kingsville's new Athletic Director.
  • New: Scott Parr

Valdosta State (GSC)

  • Previous: Tremaine Jackson, left to become the HC at Prairie View A&M
  • New: Graham Craig, was the OC for Valdosta State in 2024

Washburn (MIAA)

  • Previous: Craig Schurig, finished with a 142-109 record over twenty-two years as head coach.
  • New: Zach Watkins

West Alabama (GSC)

  • Previous: Brett Gilliland, become West Alabama's athletic director
  • New: Scott Cochran, was previously the strength & conditioning coach at Georgia from 2020 to 2023.

Winona State (NSIC)

  • Previous: Brian Bergstrom, left to become South Dakota State's defensive coordinator/safeties coach
  • New: Brian Curtin, elevated from Special Teams Coordinator/Wide Receivers coach to HC
